Outlook Attachment Security Administrator

Why I need this software?

Use case: unblocking access to attachments

If you use Microsoft® Outlook® software (not Outlook Express), you may receive the following message:

Outlook blocked access to the following potentially unsafe attachments: [...]

This message indicates that Microsoft Outlook restricted access to attachments contained in message you have received.

Although Outlook blocks access to the attachment, the attachment still exists in the e-mail message. AgileEra Outlook Attachment Security Administrator allows you to unblock access to the attachments of any type and you can open files sent as attachments.

Use case: improving Outlook security

If you use your computer with other people (for example, with children) you may want to add additional protection againts trojans and viruses received with unwanted e-mail messages. Although Microsoft Outlook provides a feature that automatically blocks dangerous file types, this feature does not restrict access to all common file types used by hackers to compromise security (for example, ZIP files).

Using AgileEra Outlook Attachment Security Administrator you can restrict access to any file type in attachments and protect you computer from trojans and viruses. While other users can not open attachments you can temporarily disable protection and get access to any received file.
